Return Policy
I have a 30-day no-question-asked return policy. Please contact me directly if you would like to return an item.
My shop's refund policy is as following:
1.Please send them back in their original resalable condition. For Owlforest Embroidery kits, the seal should be intact.
2. For defected items, I will send you a return label. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.
3. For kits returned with broken seals, but all items are still in new condition, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. For kits returned with missing items, I am sorry that I can't offer any refund.

The floss set is super high quality. However I did not realize that it didn’t come with the pattern itself, so now it’s kind of useless for me. But shipping was fast and came in great condition. So fault on the sellers side.

This is really beautiful. It’s mostly in a foreign language, looks like Russian but I’m not sure about that. I think that this is definitely not for beginners, my mistake. Maybe my sister will like it as a gift? It is going to be too complicated for me to achieve. I made the mistake of thinking the pattern was printed on the fabric for you. Also the fabric description wasn’t correct either. Anyway mostly my fault.
